If MOSSI isn't right for you, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase — for both monthly and yearly plans, no questions asked.
How to request
Email hello@mossi.si from the address you purchased with, or reply to your Paddle receipt. Paddle, our reseller and Merchant of Record, processes the refund to your original payment method.
After the refund window
After 30 days, you can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the current billing period; that period is not refunded unless required by law.
Your legal rights
This policy does not limit any rights you have under consumer protection law where you live.
